The Liquor Deliveries Discount and Promotion Loyalty Program is a promotion program that is operated by Hammer and Tongues Online Private Limited trading as Liquor Deliveries.

The Liquor Deliveries Discount and Promotion Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is designed to help you get the most out of your membership. You can earn points for the things you already do, like shopping on (the “Site”)or shopping in our shop, referring friends, registering for the Loyalty Program by opening an account and best of all, you can use the points you earn to get cash.

The following terms and conditions (these “Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Program. Please read the following Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions carefully. These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Site Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Site Terms and Conditions includes acceptance of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Liquor Deliveries and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.

Participating in the Program entitles members (“Members”) to take advantage of certain Program rewards (“Rewards”) which are found in the Loyalty Policy (“the Policy”), all as determined by Liquor Deliveries in its sole discretion. Liquor Deliveries reserves the right to modify these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein.

Program Period

This Program will run for three (3) months, from 01 March 2022 to 30 June 2022.

To become a Member of the Program, you must be a legal resident of Zimbabwe and be 18 years of age or older. A Member may only have one Program account


To enroll in the Program, you simply need to have registered for an account on the Site.

   Member data and personal information is protected in terms of the relevant legislation.

 LD  will not share your details with any other company unless it is entirely necessary for the operation of the LD discount and promotion loyalty  program. The Loyalty promotion program tailors its offers to meet the customer’s specific needs and in order to achieve this and to facilitate the earning of certain Loyalty Points. This information will be limited to only information required to facilitate an intended purpose.

 LD Loyalty rewards Program  members have the right, in accordance with the relevant legislation, to (a) obtain access to his/her personal information held by LD; (b) to request the correction, destruction, or deletion of his/her personal information held by LD; and (c) to object to the processing of his/her personal information. In the case of a LD Loyalty Promotion Program member objecting to the capture and processing of his/her, personal information such person’s LD Loyalty promotion account will be terminated.

Earning Liquor Deliveries Points and Discounts

Once you have become a Member, you can begin earning Points or discounts in the following ways:

Loyalty Program promotion- Purchase ranges — every time you purchase a product(s) in our shop or online in the four purchase range categories as outlined in the Liquor Deliveries Promotion Policy, you earn Points for money spent for every order range. Please see Policy for the Order ranges.

Keeping Track of Points

In order to keep Loyalty promotion account holders notified of their Loyalty points and bonus points LD will automatically deliver a system generated message to your phone.

Things That Can Reduce Your Balance.

Your loyalty points balance will be reduced when:

Yourself, or someone authorised by you, uses your points to claim a reward.

Your points expire, as stated in section 8.

A refund or reimbursement for a transaction previously made is debited to your user account. This may happen for a number of reasons, such as returning or cancelling unwanted goods or services.

There has been unauthorised transactions from your account for which you are not liable.

Points were incorrectly allocated to your points balance.

If we reasonably suspect you have behaved fraudulently in connection to your loyalty account and are not entitled to points earned.

When points decrease, this will be displayed by your updated points value in your loyalty account and sent to your phone. The points value will be calculated using the rate at which the points were originally allocated.

Liqour Deliveries Points Redemption

The Points are redeemable towards purchases of Liquor Deliveries products on or at the shop. Each point is worth USD1.2 Points will be redeemed in multiples of ten.

Expiration of Points.

Points in your loyalty account must be claimed within 30 days from the date of the transaction earning those points. Points that remain unused after 30 days will expire and be forfeited.

Closure of your loyalty account will result in immediate expiration of your points. These points will be immediately forfeited and cannot be reactivated upon creating a new account.

If our loyalty program gets terminated by us, we will notify all loyalty users how long they have to use remaining points before final expiration.

No other users are legible to use your points: If for whatever reason we are notified that your account has been compromised and given to another, we reserve the right to instantly expire remaining points. Should this happen incorrectly please contact us immediately.

Refunds & Returns

Any items received as a result of Points redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Points redeemed for such item (not cash or credit). 

Liquor Deliveries Points Minimums And Maximum

You cannot redeem Points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Points are  redeemable for cash only. The maximum number of Points is 40 points.

 Points accumulated on different Accounts of different Members may not be combined or aggregated to earn cash for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. 

Reward Conditions

 Members may not assign or transfer any points or Rewards. No credit or cash will be given for unused points, and points are not your property. Liquor Deliveries makes no warranty in any respect as to any Rewards, merchandise or service available within the Program. 

Personal Information.

By signing up to our loyalty program, we will need to collect, hold, use, disclose information about you in connection with your account, points and rewards. Information will include certain personal information and transaction information relating to points earned and requests for rewards.

We will use this information for purposes of our loyalty program to provide and market rewards and services to you, including the products and services of our service providers and other third parties.

We may disclose this information to others in connection to our loyalty program including to:

Our service providers and agents engaged for the purpose of the administration provision of services relating to our loyalty program and the promotion of the program and available rewards.

Reward providers, and bonus point providers. This includes third parties engaged for the purposes of performing other services in connection with our loyalty program including the provision of a reward.

We treat all personal information with care and in accordance with our privacy policies.

We may also use or disclose your personal information to let you know about offers and news relating to our loyalty program electronically—e.g.  SMS, and social media. We will act with your best interests in mind to communicate news to you, and you can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to receive our marketing. We will process this request as soon as practicable.


Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Liquor Deliveries, by participating in the Program, Members release Liquor Deliveries, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program or the use of any Rewards.


Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold Liqour Deliveries and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by a Member of any of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or any violation by Member of applicable law.

Governing Law

The laws of Zimbabwe shall govern these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. Member hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Zimbabwe for all matters arising in connection with these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or Member’s participation in the Program.


Loyalty Program Termination.

We may terminate our loyalty program at any time acting reasonably. Where possible, we will give you at least 2 weeks’ notice of the termination and cancellation of your loyalty account (if applicable). Circumstances where prior notice may not be possible include where we are affected by events outside our control.

If we give you notice after termination, Points will only continue to be credited to your Points Balance in relation to transactions that occurred prior to the date of termination.

Any notice we give will include the general reasons for termination (if possible), and the time period available to you to use points in your points balance to claim rewards. We will define the time limit remaining before final expiration of all points.

Examples of when we may terminate include, but are not limited to:

where you are in default under these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of another facility that the customer has with us;

where we believe on reasonable grounds that the continued operation of the account may cause loss to the Customer or us.

These examples are for guidance only and do not limit our ability to cancel the account.

 Changes to Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change and update our terms and conditions when required.  Whilst these changes may come without prior notice, we will notify users of any major updates to ensure full transparency.
